General Business Conditions

The following regulations are valid for trading in the Collectibles Internet Shop, which is operated solely on this server. They define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer.

1) For the purchase of collectibles on this website it is necessary to carry out electronic registration providing the true details of the customer. On the basis of registration the seller shall send the prospective buyer a mail activation code which shall enable the buyer to purchase goods only after its insertion. The activation code shall be sent only to the address specified in the registration form as well as the ordered collector's items shall be sent exclusively to this address.

2) By completing and submitting the registration form the prospective purchaser explicitly states that he/she is aware that the objects which are available in this internet shop can function solely to the individual needs of the individual collectors and their potential misuse can result in legal consequences. These articles from ethical and collector's point of view should not be subject to further trade, should not be sold to other personal or legal entities. Similarly, the prospective buyer accepts the fact that he/she is entitled to order only one piece of each article during the whole duration of the registration.

3) In accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Data Act, by completing the registration form within the internet shop the prospective buyer gives the prospective seller, who is now the operator of the internet shops, consent to filing and archiving of personal data in the extent of the registration form as well as the data of the customer’s purchases solely for the seller’s needs. After the end of registration all information about the buyer shall be irretrievably deleted.

4) Both the buyer and the seller are entitled to cancel the registration without giving any reasons. The buyer or the seller shall inform the other party about this step by e-mail. The effect of deregistration occurs by demonstrable sending of the e-mail message.

5) Any order received by the Collectibles Internet Shop is considered as binding, cancellation of orders can be sent by email to our e-mail address within 2 hours from ordering. In the event that the buyer has already paid for the goods, the seller shall return the appropriate amount to the buyer’s bank account or by postal money order (upon agreement with the customer) in the shortest time possible.

6) The seller reserves the right to cancel the buyer’s order. The seller shall do so especially if the ordered goods are not available in stock or the seller has doubts about the purpose of the order. In the event that the buyer has already paid part or the entire amount of the purchase price, the amount shall be transferred back to the buyer’s account or address in the shortest possible time.

8) All goods which we have in stock shall be dispatched to the buyer on weekdays within 48 hours after receiving the order. For payment by cash on delivery (COD) method, the delivery time begins to run at the time of ordering, for other payments the beginning of the delivery period is considered time that the payment is credited to the buyer’s account. If the goods are not in stock, we shall immediately inform the customer, or cancel the order. Shipping costs vary according to the selected type of customer service and payment method.

9) The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon their receipt. If any mechanical damage to the product packaging is found, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the goods and in case of damage to prepare a record of the damage in the presence of the forwarder. Liability for damage during shipment shall be borne by the forwarder. The buyer is obliged to inform the seller immediately about the damaged goods.

10) The warranty period shall begin on the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer. The seller is responsible for defects that become apparent as a contradiction with the purchase agreement after receipt of the goods during the warranty period. Depending on the type of defects and the nature of the goods and in accordance with the laws in force in the Czech Republic, the entitled complaints shall be dealt with in the way of repairing, replacement of goods, a discount on the purchase price or refund of the purchase price paid. In particular, the warranty does not apply to the wear of goods due to their normal use, the defects caused by incorrect handling or storage. Nor does it apply to the slight colour variations. Furthermore, the guarantee does not apply to defects resulting from the use of the product contrary to instructions guide, neglected maintenance or use of the product for purposes other than its intended purpose.
